Refund and access-support policy for BellPath digital products.
Overview
BellPath products are digital goods and software tools delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered.
Refund Review Window
Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of purchase if there is a duplicate purchase, checkout error, product access problem, or material technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the product.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after digital access was delivered.
- Failure to read the product description, disclaimers, or compatibility notes.
- Requests based on expected professional advice, guaranteed outcomes, legal results, financial returns, medical/nutrition results, employment outcomes, or similar outcomes.
- Misuse, modification, redistribution, or attempted resale of the product files.

Email darrell@bellpathbydsb.com with your purchase email, Stripe session/order information if available, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Chargebacks
Please contact BellPath first so the issue can be reviewed. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access to current and future BellPath digital products.
