Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how BellPath by DSB handles information connected to the public storefront, digital products, app portal, account login, optional cloud sync, Stripe checkout, support, analytics, email tools, AI features, receipt/price features, and live market-data features.

- AI features: prompts, limited context you choose to send, responses, safety labels, and usage metadata.
- Market-data features: requested symbols, quote responses, provider metadata, and basic logs needed to operate the proxy.
- Support and email: messages you send, email list status, campaign tags, and communication preferences.
- Site operation: basic cookies, localStorage, analytics, server/function logs, device/browser information, and security logs needed to operate and improve the services.
Local-First App Data
Many BellPath tools are designed to run locally in your browser and store records on your device by default. That local data can be lost if you clear browser storage, change devices, or delete the app without exporting or syncing. Data leaves your device only when you choose features such as checkout, login, support, account sync, backup/restore, AI, receipt processing, email signup, or live market-data features.
How We Use Information
- Process purchases and deliver access/unlock rights.
- Provide login, account, cloud sync, restore, export, and deletion-request features.
- Operate live market-data, AI, receipt insights, and email features when enabled.
- Respond to support requests and improve product reliability.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or tax obligations.
Third-Party Services
BellPath may use services such as Stripe for checkout/payment processing, Supabase for account/sync/database features, Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, MailerLite or similar email tools for communications, OpenAI or other AI providers for optional AI features, Financial Modeling Prep or other market-data providers for quotes, and analytics tools for site performance. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
AI, Financial, and Work-Related Information
BellPath tools are educational and personal-organization tools. Do not enter passwords, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, private medical records, legal records, or sensitive third-party information into AI or support features. Investing and money tools are not financial advice; union/work tools are not legal advice.
Data Sale and Advertising
BellPath does not sell customer workplace, financial, household, grievance, health-related, receipt, or app-entered personal records. If marketing or retargeting tools are used later, BellPath should use limited audience/contact information and provide appropriate opt-out controls.
Export and Deletion
Local browser data can be exported or cleared from your browser. Account/sync records may be exported or deletion may be requested through the portal when available, or by contacting darrell@bellpathbydsb.com. Some transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained where required.
